All requests for returns are subject to Onecare approval. Should you wish to make a return request, kindly contact us  within 7 days from the date which you received your item(s), and provide your order number, email address, and the reason to return item(s).

We will provide returns for the following reasons only:

  1. Incorrect item(s) received
  2. Defective item(s) upon receiving

Terms and Conditions

  1. Requests for return due to incorrect item(s) or defects require proof, which can be provided in the form of images or videos, or other means deemed acceptable by Onecare.
  2. Refunds for incorrect and defective item(s) will be processed upon receiving the returned item(s) under the following conditions:
    - Product(s) must be in its original packaging.
    - Capsules, sachets, boxes, and bottles should be unopened and unused.
  3. All shipping fees, including taxes and tariffs during the return process are the responsibility of the customer.
  4. Returned items must be packed and received in good conditions. Items received in poor, unpacked, or damaged condition will not be eligible for refunds.
  5. We are not liable for parcels lost during the delivery process, and no refunds will be provided in such cases.
  6. This return policy does not apply to items explicitly stated as non-exchangeable.
  7. All returnrequests are subject to approval.
  8. Wereserves the right to amend these terms and conditions or terminate the return policy without prior notice.
